Geographic location
The territory is located on the North Atlantic coast. The territory covers an area of 46 298 km2, or 6.5% of the Kingdom.

Tourist resources
Located along the northern part of the Atlantic coast of Morocco, the Atlantic Center region enjoys a rich, varied natural, cultural and historical heritage. The territory’s historical and cultural resources include numerous medinas, mosques, fortresses, ruins of historical interest, as well as archaeological remains and kasbahs. The landscapes of the territory include long beaches, numerous valleys and rural circuits, vast areas of forest in the hinterland, mineral springs, waterfalls and lakes.
